Rent is due on the 1st of every month. 

You have until the 4th to pay your rent without incurring a late fee. 

Any rent paid online, mailed, or brought into the office after the 4th is considered late, and a late fee of 6% of your rent will be applied.

It is the tenant's responsibility to pay their rent on time.
